Okay Thats cool. We'll have a chat after thursday about how to move forward but completely agree with the whole 'just a kickabout' thing. Its not good for anyone to do that all the time and it might stop people being so bloody greedy!!!!

We could always split the session up in 2, half for cardio and half for technical otherwise you know what'll happen some people will turn up for 1 week when its easier and not the next week when its all cardio. Just an idea.

I'll be running down again, so i'll ne pretty fucked before we start again. 'no pain no gain' - who ever said that was a ****
