Grapevine. We can offer budget non-ensuite
rooms at £35 pppn, ensuite rooms at £40 pppn,
or rooms with ensuite and seaview at £45 pppn.
For Sunday to Thursday these rooms will be
priced at £20, £22.50 and £25 respectively.
These accommodate between two and four people
as we have had some renovations done over the
winter. We are ideally located on the
seafront, in the middle of all the clubs and
bars. Our prices include breakfast on the
weekend only, but breakfast can be included
during the week for £5pppn. We also operate a
two night minimum booking policy at the
weekend. We advise you to book early to avoid
disappointment as Brighton is always buzzing.
