Did anyone else ache like mad yesterday? It hurt to change gear last night in my car. Not quite so bad this morning though so I must be quite fit after all.

Good pre-season fitness that pushing out through the waves. We'll have to up our match subs and buy ourselves a heated indoor pool with a wave machine.

Gutted I missed out on the Friday night but thanks for not rubbing my nose in it on Saturday it was much appreciated. Same as Beeny it's been a while since I've laughed that much. Seems to be a theme though...
