A young boy went to court to 'divorce' his parents claiming physical abuse. The judge ordered custody should be given to his grandparents. Months later the same boy was back in court challenging the ruling because his grandfather had also begun to physcially abuse him. After a two week court case the judge finally ruled that custody should be given to Colchester United Football Club as they are unlikely to beat anyone.
