I can do 6lbs for you, but it involves no alcohol, a satsuma for breakfast (after at least 30 minutes exercise), vegetable soup for lunch, satsuma afternoon snack and as healthy a meal as possible in the evening (after at least 30 minutes exercise).

It aint easy, but it is possible. Trouble is, if you do that this week when you come to have 2 pints in Newquay you'll be rolling all over the place.

Alternatively, just select a wetsuit that's slightly too large for you, you'll freeze but it won't show the folds...

Did I tell you all that the surfing has been changed to a 2pm start? Gives us a bit of time in the morning to get down the beach and ask girls where they're going that night - help us decide where to go...

Is everyone sorted for transport?
