I think it's only me, John Sills and Beeny who aren't available, and John Lamb's coming along too, so we should have a fairly decent squad out. Don't worry about the result so much, just try and get switched on at the first whistle, rather than in the second half. Get nicely warmed up and concentrate throughout, that's what we need at this stage of preparations.

Good luck lads, remember that they're dangerous on the break when they knock decent long balls on to their pacey strikers - so always be looking for that at the back and maybe have one of the centre mid guys sitting back a little deeper than usual even when we're pushing forward.
