I won't be in as early as 4pm mate, I've got loads of stuff I need to do on Sat, probably go into town for a pint before the Curry, but not a skin full.

I'm seeing a back specialist tonight so hopefully I'll find out what's going on and how it can be fixed, but it's looking very unlikely I'll make the start of pre-season training.
