Im not in until next week. We can give you most of the information by contacting the direct debit dept in HSBC, we can tell you where the money is going to and the referance number. But we cant always tell you the exact dept in Halifax where the money is going to, for that you're best to contact Halifax and they can do a searchj for your name to find out what products / services you have with them, or try giving them the ref number to see if it helps.
