Handed the trophy back last night gents, had to go to Lakeside Superbowl and hand it directly to Jim Wild before the Management Meeting. Bizarrely, he was as nice as pie, very pleasant, laughing and joking, a completely different man. Maybe he changes his tune when clubs become respectable in the First Div? Maybe he just didn't have a clue who I was? Maybe I handed it to some old man with a moustache who wasn't Jim Wild but now thinks he's won something? Still, wherever it is now we'll drink a toast to it and some great footy moments during last season, John Lamb's goals against Hermitage and Hospital, Dave's four against Henwick after Genghis's amazing own goal, and tonking Mobile Streams 6-0 as they realised that we were the top dog and we'd just chewed through our leash.
