That was much better - 13 of us there tonight and much easier to do decent training when you've got the numbers so it was a better run out than recently as well. And well done to Lewis who won the lap-sprint at the end.

On my turn (I think I was amongst the slowest) I get off to a good start but felt myself flag after 2 or maybe 3 steps. The rest was pretty much agony. I beat an 11 year old though. Get in.
