good training last night, best I've seen Stevie Tab play I think, he was getting stuck in and everything. My legs seized up in the car on the way to work this morning, resulting in a comedy-walk across the car park in front of all the lovely ladies in the office. Bugger.

Some good news, Colin was back last night and some more good news so was Andy Newport. Both need the cobwebs blown off em but it was great to see em back even if Newy did flatten me and then appear to enjoy it so much he spent the rest of the match trying to do it again...
