It's cos I need to get the photo in by the weekend. And if we take it on Thursday that won't give me enough time to get it touched up here in the studio to make us all look muscly. Can't just have me and Lewis in the picture... Plus Browny needs a lot more work than most, as Radio 1 listeners know...

I'm not sure we were on. Cat apparently listened to it all but didn't hear us. I have it all on tape but I'm not sure I can face listening to it for 2 hours just to hear. I don't think it has any bearing on the result either, from the looks of the email I got today. I reckon we can get this you know.

By the way, big shout out to Nige who came in yesterday and played a blinder. Can't blame him for either goal, although as I say to most of the girls I know, if you'd kept your legs together it would never have happened. But it's a nice confidence booster for next Sunday.
