I think you should have the same bet as last year, as it was fairly close in the end and I reckon you'll both probably play a similar amount of games. 3.

It also gives everyone else something to think about before they pass to you as to who they want to win. Matt didn't accept the money last year from John, which means he didn't have to buy a round. John Sills is still getting the student out of him, so he'll take the money I'm sure of it.

And Cold Ash may not be the best team we play this season, as in the next round of the Bowness Cup we play the winners of St Barts v RBL. RBL lost to Cold Ash 7-0 last week and St Barts won the Premier Division last season, so you can realistically expect us to be playing them in the next round. Should be a good day out...

I reckon we can do some specific training for the next match against Cold Ash, cos I think Neil and Dave can terrorise their defence as long as we deliver some more consistently quality balls to them. Dave's goal and his other chance came from similar moves, so we just need to try to get the balls going over the defence's heads - not easy I'll grant you, but I reckon that can be pretty effective. If I were a defender and got turned around, even if I knew I could get to the ball first I wouldn't want Dave or Neil chasing me.

Gonna give me nightmare's now.

p.s. I've invited Smurf on, sorry. But cos of his age he can't work out how to get to be able to post messages yet. His daughter's going to help him, but he needs to wipe his internet history first in case she sees that...
