I refer you to my Blog on Monday, the 10th of April, in which I post a copy of the very first Blog on the Shefford Blogger, posted by Mr S. Bellamy.
Therefore, this whole Blogger thing is the responsibility of the aforementioned Mr Bellamy, and as such, it is he who you should be threatening in pursuit of your prize for your CHEATING FU**ING 5000TH BLOG.

Hilly, I can't believe you just did that. We've been waiting for ages for that to happen, agreements were made that no multi-blogging would take place, it was going to be natural, like a water birth. Then in you come with your prize requests and fu*k the whole thing up.

Yeah it was another painful game. Best forgotten, we're not learning from any of it either way. Best to store it away somewhere and move on to the next game. We were okay til we conceded and til that point had looked no more likely to concede than we were to score ourselves. We still played some good stuff going forward even while the goals were going in, but they looked like they could score with each attack then (and pretty much did).
Even when we were at our best we were a far cry from what we should be, another 90 minutes without a decent shot on goal goes by.
Next game...
As for my claim about Cream Eggs, I looked in a shop today and saw how many 50 actually are. Might have to sheepishly reconsider.

Probably depends who you ask mate; we collapsed after the first goal went in, we changed the system around too much, we didn't get close enough to their players on their first touch etc etc.
However, I still think (and watching from the sidelines, am pretty convinced I'm right) that out problem is that we're playing like a team who think we are rubbish, in that we're scared to get the ball under control. We would rather hoof it out and chase the game, as if we think our sole aim is to stop them scoring, whereas it should be to score lots. In the first twenty mins yesterday, we got the ball properly under control (as in stopped it, looked around, and played an accurate pass to someone on our team) once. However, the amount of times we whacked it on our first touch, or controlled it then whacked it to no-one, were countless. All I seem to hear whenever someone on our team has the ball in our half is 'get it clear' or more commonly when I've got the ball 'don't do that there Johnny!'. All of the goals conceded were soft again, and avoidable, but as I say, it probably depends who you ask. I still get the feeling that if we scored first, we could roll some of these teams over.
Anyhow, no point blaming certain players or areas of the team, we're in it as a team and we have to get out of it as a team. 4 points from 4 games.

Ads firstly part of the basic oompa lumpa training is how to camoflage ourselves against objects that are much bigger..i.e Lewis!!!! as for the idea you'll be able to hit me well i won't say anything about your shooting. or any jokes about them being blanks.
